All conversations are held in strict confidence.

Session Details: All coaching sessions are conducted on Zoom by default. If you would prefer a phone session, I’m happy to accommodate upon request. Scheduling & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Missed sessions without prior notice will be counted as a paid session. Confidentiality: All communication related to booking or participating in coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Any email or message you receive from us—including attachments—is intended solely for the recipient. If you receive a communication in error, please do not share, copy, or use its contents.
