My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do. I’m here to help you uncover what’s already true, so you can create and choose a life from there.

I’ve spent my coaching career working at the intersection of personal growth, leadership, human relating and spirituality.

Much of my work is rooted in a simple truth: many of the beliefs and patterns that once helped us succeed or survive life have covered up the full range of who we really are. Through coaching, I’ll create a space to see beyond these beliefs and patterns to reveal the fullest expression of who you are. From there new choices for a fulfilled life will emerge.

I believe:

Over my career I’ve applied many different modalities and frameworks into my coaching and even with myself. The Enneagram has been one of the most effective tools I’ve found for helping people to deeply understand themselves, how we relate to others and create a path towards liberation and fulfillment.
